To dissect problems, we start with symptoms and work backwards looking for causes. To understand complex situations, we research, we investigate, we learn and we analyse.
We firmly believe that good research and analysis produces good strategic alternatives. The strategic alternatives are simply a variety of different ways of solving the problem, having regard to the practical boundaries that exist in every situation.

We don’t “sell” solutions to our clients. We engage with our clients, confirm our understanding of their problem, share with them our research and our analysis and identify all of the alternatives considered. As a result, our clients should be able to “see” our recommendation before we actually make it.
Implementation of a new strategy requires behavioural change. And it is very hard to change established behaviours. The change process is often made easier if introduced, explained and managed with external assistance. Because we have developed the strategy, we understand the specific changes that need to occur. Because we have not been intimately involved with previous behaviours, we have a “fresh set of eyes” that lets us effect change efficiently and effectively.
Finally, we work with out clients to manage progress and to ensure that they are continuing to follow the chosen strategy. In this way, we not only encourage success but also guard against the same problem occurring again.
